
Ceremony to commemorate the centenary of the RAF
The Lord Lieutenant attended a ceremony on Monday 14th May 2018 at Monmouthshire County Council Headquarters to commemorate the Centenary of the RAF. The RAF Ensign was raised and remained for the day.
Accompanying the Lord Lieutenant is Chairman of Monmouthshire County Council Councillor Peter Clarke, Father Malcom Lane, Chaplain to Councillor Clarke and Air Commodore Williams.
Also in attendance was the High Sheriff of Gwent, Sharon Linnard, Assembly Member Nick Ramsey and Leader of the Council Councillor Peter Fox along with County Councillors, RAF representatives and council staff.
